The Bonds are an entirely self-financed investment, which means that no money has been borrowed by the bondholder from third parties to make the purchases. The Bonds deal mainly in bank-repossessed real estate that offers a tax-efficient, low cost, low risk, diversified alternative to direct, ‘sole title’ ownership.
There are three different Bonds, the basic difference being the term of the Bond with subsequent differences in returns. The key features of this investment are the same across each of these Bonds:
